Mozilla UK - a vote

Dear reader,

First of all. Thank you for reading my blog. Second, Mozilla UK recently went into beta and is now open for public viewing. There are currently 2 main themes that are in the running for the site launch, but which do you prefer and why? I will not pass any opinions of mine here, nor will I tell you which one I have been working on, but I would like to know.

So for comparison here they are:

Please note that these are not the final designs, nor are they mockups. They are merely a rough idea as to the look and feel of the site. Feel free cast your opinions in the comments as well as suggest any changes you would make to either of the themes.
